Jesse is a tattoo artist out of Brownsville, TX. He has been increasing his following on social media and working on perfecting his craft. Tattoos are a form of art and a way to express yourself. Having the opportunity to sit down and interview someone that has experience in this field was very interesting and inspiring, to say the least.
